Stipe Miocic VS F

Finally someone decent vs that clown Maldanado. Not a fan of his at all and I hope Stipe smashes him worst then Glover did
 
Neither have any power for their weight classes. I'm expecting Stipe to dominate him, though.
 
Seriously, wtf kind of matchmaking is this?

Although he's fought at HW before, Maldonado isn't a big LHW and could probably fight at MW. I respect and like the guy and he's as tough as they come, but Stipe should and probably will put an absolute beating on him here.

When the number 2 HW in the world gets injured, it's probably not a good idea to replace him with a LHW who isnt ranked in the top 20.

Maldonado is a fatty LHW, which could and is working to make weight for MW. Why in the fucking hell would UFC book this fight? It makes no sense

Ppl in Brazil are MAAAAAD. I mean, almost everyone is a fan of Maldonado, but thats not Main Event Material and the UFC is very expensive in here

Im a big fan of Maldonado and will always, always support him, vs probably anyone but one or two fighters, but come on. This fight is a joke

Its a win/win situation for Maldonado and a lose/lose for Miocic and I believe its pretty clear why to anyone here

That aside, this is a fight that can end with a luck punch of Maldonado or a decision/sub/TKO for Miocic

People can say what they want about the logic (or lack of) behind the match-up, but don't tell me for one second this isn't SERIOUSLY anticipated!!!

Im looking forward to this more than most title fights I can remember.

Maldonaldo has pretty much no chance at defending a takedown and will likely get stomped by a 245 pound man.

He avoided the ground with guys like Struve and Gonzaga but Fabio isn't the grappling threat they are. Look for a brutal beating on the ground.
 
stipe is a much better athlete and maldonado only has better hands. i think stipes footwork will let him pick fabio apart

fabios problem is that he doesntreally have have 1 hit/quit power, and stipe can take him down whenever the fuck he wants.

picking stipe to finish it in the 4th by tko or sub, picking sub because people have picked that less lol
 
Pfft. Miocic is just a poor man's Gian Villante. He will gas in 2 minutes and submit to exhaustion.

Bookmarked. I'll remind of of that once Miocic destroys Maldonado. Have you even watched Miocic fight? His cardio is one of the stand outs.
