Get outta here... You've never been a serious, consistent weight lifter have you? Once you work yourself up to a certain physique and weight and have been walking around at that weight for 3 or 4 plus years, it's very likely you'll get it back. I cal it your bodies natural tessitura. I don't know the real science behind it, but it's a very common thing.

Plus Jones never really bulked up to heavyweight. He's had the same general muscle mass for 10 years. Once his muscles get some glycogen in them and he loses some of the fat he'll look the same. And it won't take long (especially if you got some gear)
