hard to compare. guys cut a ton more weight these days.

Silva's walk around weight was 190... thats what he weighed in as when he had that short notice fight with DC.

I think prime aldo walked around at 170... while volk says he gets to 181 out of camp

Cruz is the most accomplished at his weight, but not the best imo

Cruz would’ve been up there with Anderson/Jon/GSP had he not had so many nasty injuries
