News Stephan Bonnar passed away (RIP)

My lord do I hate to see people younger than me pass away. I feel for his family who have to deal with Christmas as well. Such a gut punch. Another reminder to let the small things go and to let the people who you love know that you love them. Even the bros which might think it’s not very masculine. People do care about you.

There was a scary video of him being asked to leave a hospital about a year ago. He wanted painkillers or something. He looked awful.

Sadly the only thing that is surprising me is the fact so many seem surprised by this news.

That Forrest fight, as epic and brutal as it was, played a double edged sword for Bonnar, its like the pressure was on after that to be a go for broke take the pain kind of a fighter, he had to live his own hype with that one fight.
Dana, the rest of the promotion couldn't give him a job as a commentator or something, for all he did, why not give him a decent salary, show some gratitude ffs....
