The weird thing is, Tapout gear is part of the dress code, official T-Shirts aren't.

Going to the building or official company events, dress code is in effect. In general travelling, no dress code.

When Johnny Ace was in charge, the dress code was implemented at all times when you're on the road with the company. So you'd have to wear a suit, whilst flying (unless you had a certain amount of stroke, Taker, Cena and Austin for example, were exempt, because of their gimmicks, and Austin basically said "I ain't wearing that shit")
