Stormtrooper:
Storm Commandos - The Blacked out Scout Trooper Armor is awesome, and in legends they are top tier Stormtrooper level (with the Rad Troopers and Space Troopers...Im not counting the Royal Guard as they past Stormtrooper level)

Star Fighter:
Tie Defender - What can I say...TIE Fighter is one of my favorite games of all time, the design is badass, and it returns to Canon with Thrawn...fuck yeah

Alien Species - Noghri (you thought I'd say Chiss didn't you...you piece of shit!) Honorable, small, and deadly...looking like bipedal game pits trained in MMA and Kali helps too.

The Black Tie fighter pilots
I love the way the imperial logo is put on each side of the helmet. I def had the figures of these guys.

The Outrider
Sleek,elegant, Its like if the Falcon was smaller and didnt look like a piece of shit. Dash Rendar may have sucked,but his ship sure didnt. I also like the Snow speeder and Imperial shuttles.

I like the Noghri as mentioned too. And the Devaronians.
