Bad faith poster.
Bad faith poster.
He has some extreme opinions on vaccines and he's a little bit of a wacko but I like that kind of person and I think he's pretty good dude actually. And his ideas on nutrition are absolutely how I feel. I mean we pay big bucks to make sure the food we buy is not poisonous.Ive watched him plently in long form discussions and I dont share your assesment that hes a nutjob at all. The longer someone speaks the easier it is to smell bullshit but maybe you have it right and he's a psycopath, people can decide for themselves.
nothing wrong with removing fluoride ESPECIALLY nowI'm laughing at all the "scientists" and government officials that are freaking out over the thought of RFK Jr removing fluoride from the water supply.
Well in other countries they just give you a simple color-coded system that rates how much crap is in your food to make it simple and easy to understand.I havent studied on it much tbh but looking at labels makes one think there is a lot of unknowns in regards to health. I have no idea as to the regulation of such things from the FDA and how those things are evaluated.
Maybe because we work a lot more an drive cars an trucks to work 2 to 3 hours a day. It's not that easy to find time to exercise. I get up at 3:15 an hit the gym at 4am. It's the only time of the day I can do it. That is called work creep an It's getting worse.I mean look at the obesity levels of Americans now vs 50 years ago.
Why is that?
LOL at all the conspiracy theorists in this thread
"Oh no! They're putting harmful chemicals in our food supply!" Fucking nutjobs, all of you. You all probably have worms in your brains just like Bobby K.

Are you reading? The thing he is talking about in fact is not known to be bad.So this guy is trying to stop processed foods and oils that HAVE ALWAYS been known to be unhealthy and that is a bad thing? What in the living fuck is wrong with you lefties? We have shit in our foods that other countries ban. We have an obesity, diabetes, and heart disease problem and you idiots think it isn't food additives? Holy shit you guys are grasping at anything. At least he is already trying vs the trans idiot Biden picked.
Subway bread is crazy stuff. I mentioned the mcdonalds meatless burger bust previously. If they can make it cheaper they will.Well in other countries they just give you a simple color-coded system that rates how much crap is in your food to make it simple and easy to understand.
But put it this way. American apples are banned in parts of Europe because the pesticides we put on our apples are known to cause diseases in human beings!!!
My daughter loves apples but she has never once eaten an American apple unless it's organic.
Subway's bread is banned in parts of Europe because there's not enough bread in it to call it bread!! It's a kind of foam filler that they pass off as bread mixed with bread.
None of that stuff should be legal obviously and our FDA has failed us in this respect man.
Yeah and neither the Democrats nor the Republicans have ever done a damn thing about it. So I'm 100% for this freaking food Holocaust being taken care of.Subway bread is crazy stuff. I mentioned the mcdonalds meatless burger bust previously. If they can make it cheaper they will.
Slowing business and increasing food costs won't get one reelected... corporations don't care and that's what government oversight is for lol. Funny that. Even if one is a libertarian they have to agree that certain things require govt oversight for the safety of the public. Also thanks for the good back and forth. Definitely makes me consider the topic more.Yeah and neither the Democrats nor the Republicans have ever done a damn thing about it. So I'm 100% for this freaking food Holocaust being taken care of.
I used to teach at a massage therapy college for about 15 or 20 years and I met a whole bunch of those food nut types and they're generally harmless. They're just extremely careful about what they put in their bodies and the chemicals that they get exposed to. And at first I made fun of them. But then I read some of the books they recommended and it just is true that corporations don't give a s*** about people's health and our FDA is asleep at the wheel not taking care of people.
AgreedLast thing, the burden of proof is not on the consumer to prove that a chemical is harmful because that just turns people into chemistry experiments. The burden of proof is on the company to first prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the chemical they're putting in our food is not harmful.
Man, it’s so scary having RFK shake things up. We need to keep him out so we can have the current path way continue to lead the US having record levels of *checks notes* literally every preventable illness possible.Last thing, the burden of proof is not on the consumer to prove that a chemical is harmful because that just turns people into chemistry experiments. People complain about indigestion and heartburn from fast food burgers and Taco Bell. I never have a problem with those. But if I ever get a sandwich from Mr. Subb or Subway, I get heartburn that is so bad it keeps me up all night.Subway bread is crazy stuff. I mentioned the mcdonalds meatless burger bust previously. There are plenty of people with the actual education and experience to make these decisions. You’re talking as if he’s the only one that has ever mentioned things like preservatives and hormones in food being bad for you, but that’s far from the case.Man, it’s so scary having RFK shake things up. They have done their best to frame him as a nut and I think he is a little bit of a nut but our food system presently is absolutely batshit f****** insane. Corporations should not have the right to do chemical experiments on people and that's basically what our food system is.Man, it’s so scary having RFK shake things up. We need to keep him out so we can have the current path way continue to lead the US having record levels of *checks notes* literally every preventable illness possible.
90% of what I eat doesn’t have any preservatives so it wouldn’t impact me at all. There are plenty of people with the actual education and experience to make these decisions. RFK is the looney tunes choice. Fun because he’s an outspoken public figure, but he doesn’t actually know what he’s talking about anymore than you or I do.
In my last response to another poster I asked this of him, but I would be curious to know your answer to. These changes to our food product means that food prices will increase a lot. Are you ok with that? I know I am, but I don’t feel like most conservatives are when push comes to shove
