I got some BA and have a hockey game today. I've never taken it and should I just go for 4g's with my carb meal before the game? Or should I go with a lighter dose?

Pomegranate seems like the new fad. Everything comes pomegranate flavored now. Kinda metro if you ask me.

I despise Wal-Mart, but Sam's club is not quite as bad. Still terrible though.
