M1 was just bought by an undisclosed American buyer. They plan to promote shows in the US. Maybe Mark Cuban? Anyway, I guess that Fedor/ Couture for the first US promoted show in summer ’08.

From what I read, Fedor is part of the ownership. Before Aleks signed with (whatever the name of ti is), the whole Red Devil team was a package deal. Fedor wanted to get his brother and other team members into the UFC.
 
Plus if they have any brains they will offer a way to watch it online like UFC does.

Yeah... the Fedor article (link) mentioned that M-1 is under new management. There's a little hope, then. I'd just been looking at M-1's event history (link) and seeing A) it was all "Russia vs. X" events and B) 9 times out of 10, the Russian won. No way a management team that put that crap together would risk Fedor vs. Randy. Maybe the new owners will. Maybe it'll be broadcast somewhere I can see it if it happens.

I'm still pretty pissed about all this, though.

There's been a little rumor going about Vince McMahon and possibly Cuban buying M-1, or something to do with getting it PPV in N. America.

If Vince McMahon sinks money into M-1 and given the sketchy history of M1, there would be no point to even watching a Randy/Fedor fight. I already watched Rocky 12 times and I stop watching Pro Wrestling when I was 14.
 
You may be right. 2 years ago Nog vs Randy may have been a better fight.
