I'm going to do a max pull once a month, well until I get a belt. My back is always very unhappy after max pulls. and I don't want to push it.

Zero - Last Friday when I lifted with JK and Stoner, I did some light deads. Stoner suggested that I might be better off pulling sumo because of my short arms and body build. I think I might try.
 
I used to eat a Filibertos carne asada or bean and cheese burrito for lunch every day.

I miss those dumps.
