That's not true.

What's happening here is exactly what we saw with Comey. Comey presented evidence that Hillary committed a crime and then says no evidence.

That's what this is, the report showed egregious conduct beyond anything we've seen since the Macarthy days. And Horowitz says no evidence lol.

Horowitz says that there wasn't bias "at the start" of the investigation. He was very careful to repeat this. There is dirt throughout the whole report.
