Social Spying on Trump confirmed: Operation Crossfire Hurricane ***UPDATE: Comey Admits, "I Was Wrong" ***

Do you really think so? Even though "A US watchdog has found no evidence of political bias when the FBI launched an inquiry into the 2016 Trump campaign, despite "serious performance failures".

The US Department of Justice inspector general's report concluded the law enforcement bureau had "authorised purpose" to initiate the investigation."?

https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-50720345

Is someone going to come along and reverse the Inspector General's decision? I'm curious about what you think is going to cause anyone to "pay big time", given that they already put the issue to rest.

"to initiate the investigation".
It's the slimball underhanded moves that went on afterwards to destroy people and keep extending the investigation that is so damming.
Did you watch the video? He makes a fair-handed overall perspective on the distinction.
This is just the first step.

it's sad that people are so brainwashed by partisan/identity politics/etc that they can read this and conclude that it's nothing or that it's just some smoky distraction from trump.

ffs, the appendix, alone...

oh, and comey (err, "corney") briefed obama about it in august 2016.

I feel like you just didn't read the multiple conclusions laid out in the report.

Lindsey Graham's after-the-fact opinions don't interest me, so I only watched the first few minutes. Is there anything about another investigation in what he says? If not, then what is going to cause anyone to "pay big time"? "A first step", then what?...

I'm genuinely curious, not criticizing.

One of many minor details they forgot to include.
They were so unbiased it was like "no bigdeal, it's all good".

The Halper (FBI CHS)/Papadopoulos conversations were "conducted by the FBI" and recorded. "The FISA application did not include the statements Papadopoulos made to his CHS that were in conflict with info included in the FISA application."

i feel like you didn't notice the entire thing was a fraud. carter page was a fed spy/plant who they then said was a russian spy so they could spy on trump.

that the initial judge refused to sign off, so they shopped around until they got a judge to do it.

that the cia, themselves, said the reason for it all was bs, calling it an internet hoax.

Should probably change the thread title to Durham/Barr dispute IG report.

I have little doubt Durham is close to filing multiple indictments here.

I fear for the safety of some posters and their loved ones when the hammer comes down

What is your best case hope for the eventual outcome of this? Do you see anything actually happening now that this report is out?

A) I will leave that the Durham who is running a CRIMINAL investigation.

B) could you please explain to the incompetent mods that

Carter Page and Fisa abuse (which this report pointed out “withholding exculpatory information”).

Is not the same as Stephan Halper and his female accomplice targeting GP, which is the spying (which now the government is readily admitting, they are just claiming it was justified) outlined in this thread.

C) Durham released a statement outright disputing the IG’s findings, because the IG is limited in scope. This would be the equivalent of listening to someone else, instead of Meuller in the Russia investigation (except, correct me if I’m wrong, but Durham actually has MORE investigative power than Meuller) ,

Lastly, consider how It will reflect on the moderation when Durham comes out with his report, lists the evidence of wrongdoing (that he has made clear he’s found, as we know via his statement released today) and you are forced to change the title yet again.

If you choose to lump the GP and Carter Page together for the sake of keeping it all in one place, despite them being different subjects, that’s fine if you make note of it in the edited OP. However given the statement Durham has made, the responsible thing to to for the moderation is to make note of that.

Because you certainly don’t want the goose shitting on you in a few months when Durham releases his report.

Just read it.

Dear god it's lamer than I thought. What information did the FBI withhold? Two things: 1) The FBI did not immediately disclose to the WH that they were investigating Carter Page because they thought, since the subject of the investigation was the WH's ties to Russia, that the WH was compromised. Given the sheer amount of arrests within the WH and the Trump campaign for lying about contacts with Russia, the FBI was spot on with that assessment. Also, since common sense is absent for most of our trumpers, law enforcement is not obligated to share investigations with those whom they are investigating. 2) They did not question Steele on whether or not he was a primary source for a Yahoo News article on the contents of his own report. So Yahoo reported on the contents of the dossier, and the DOJ believes that they may have reached out to Steele for comment. So clearly Steele must be biased because he may have talked to a media outlet about his report.

That's it. This was the smoking gun you twats were getting so worked up over.

1) Balls, Carter Page was never charged with anything. He is in fact, innocent.

“Spot on”

^^^ this is an outright falsehood.

2) Please attempt to spin this

Since you claim to be a lawyer, remind us how a broader scope on an investigation increases the likelihood of finding wrongdoing.

We’ll wait.

I’m sure Durham just felt like releasing an unprecedented letter flat out stating the IG is wrong...

The bottom line is this: Trump is getting re-elected. This report exposing the FBI’s corruption is just the nail in the coffin. I can’t wait to see all you dick-breathed liberal pansies crying about it. Election night 2020 will be even more satisfying than election night 2016. I can’t wait!

How about you explain how this "broader scope," was unlawful?

When will Durham's report be released?
Estimated time of delivery...

After 2020 election.

It's all bullshit and to try to create "doubt" that Trump might not have been totally making shit up about spying on his campaign...which never happened.

Damn you're a loser.
