Sprints or Long Distance Running, Whats Best For MMA?

    Whats the general opinion? for MMA is sprinting better because you generate the explosivness needed for takedowns etc? or long distance because it generates better Cardio?

    god I want to say something like me kicking you in the c u n t for asking a old quesion, but instead i will just say mix it all up and for the love of GOD look at the ongoing thread started by eza (you're a lazy lazy person btw thread starter, its a massive thread and on the first page. You strike me as being a lazy lazy individual).

    Everytime I see a thread where the TS obviously hasn't considered doing any personal research I have an almost uncontrollable urge to make a smartass comment. Is that wrong?
