Vertebrae are connected to one another by muscles and ligaments. They are basically free floating bones. Adamantium or not, it is very much possible to snap his neck. Spidey's smart enough to suss that out, and yet it's still something that eludes all of the regular super-villains in Wolverine's rogues gallery.

I'm not sure l why, but I feel bum out that Spiderman can beat up Wolverine. I guess it make sense because of Spiderman enhance agility and reflexes. But it's kind of discouraging, but I guess I'm just a Wolverine fan. Does anyone else feels the same way?

Spider Man is way faster and stronger than Wolverine, but at the end of the day, he really can't do anything to truly hurt him. Maybe toss him around a bit and throw him off a building, but it's not gonna make a difference. If Spidey makes one wrong move, he's getting shanked.

His bones are coated in Adamentium but because his neck is not frozen in place that means that the vertebra are vulnerable at the connection points. If Wolvie can turn his head left to right using his own neck muscles then a much stronger person could turn his neck 360 degrees until it breaks. But then his healing factor would kick in and fix it.

I don't think this is right. The only time I can recall something like this happening was in a non-canon story where Hulk pulled Wolverine apart at the joints. But that wasn't in the 616 universe so it's not legit. Wolverine can move at his joints, bend his arms, and turn his head like everyone else, but the adamantium was bonded in a way that protected his joints as well. Thus he can't simply be ripped apart at the joints. They were coated in a way that allowed for movement, but they are still connected to each other. It's a non-issue.
