News Special Offer: UFC 294 Only $79.99 for ESPN+ Subscribers

This only exists because baby boomers don't know how to use the internet.
I recently found out my father and his wife have been paying more than $250 a month on cable television services for almost a decade! I was flabbergasted. I called up AT&T and cancelled everything, and after signing them for 5 different streaming services they're paying a 1/3 of their original bill. Apparently they thought this is the "norm"

I'll admit i used to pay ufc ppvs in the US, felt like i was one of the last ones here in Sherdog until at the very end I gave up and watched it different ways lol

I moved to Brasil and I'm so happy to pay 5 dollars a month at ufc fight pass which includes all fight nights and ppvs in full HD.

That's amazing, I remember when ppvs were $40 a go.

I stopped buying ppvs out of principle when it required an additional subscription service to access the ppvs.

I'd still throw down $50 maybe $60 for a stacked event but $80 is ludicrous, and it's not even advertisement free!

The only reason I don't like not buying, is because some of the other sources sometimes have "hiccups" in the programming and the side window chats are a bit sus to have on the screen with company over lol.

With ESPN+ and Fightpass, plus tax, you are looking at over $100 monthly to watch all UFC content essentially.

I have ESPN+ and it's nice to have. Lots of NHL hockey to watch. I think that was $109 for the year. It renewed a few months back.

I've never had the urge to look into Fightpass. But I'll continue to pay for ESPN+ if it hovers around $100 for a year.

Damn! Well, at least they raised their kid right. Good man!

it's 4.80 USD a month to watch all UFC events including live PPVs through UFC Arabia app (it uses the same layout as fightpass)

I predict this thread is full of thieves who complain about fighter pay and greedy CEOs.

Man...I have a friend that insists we buy the ppv over just streaming from the east. I understand there is always a chance the stream craps out during a pivotal moment in a fight, but 80 dollars is excessive. Same with boxing tho, so this isn't just exclusive to UFC.

My website gives me a much better deal than that.

Almost as good as their ticket prices, just amazing value's every which way you turn.

The last time I paid for one it was 39.99, which shows you how long it has been since I actually bought one. And the reason I don't buy them anymore? It's obvious.

I'm ok with ESPN+ because there's a lot of good content there- UFC, PFL, college football games played on middle school fields in front of 6 fans, etc. The only way I'd buy a ppv is if I had 10 people coming to chip in and watch, and I don't have 10 friends (except you guys)
We're not friends, we're associates
