Why have they not try tto have a baby in space at the ISS and see if there is any effect in to the baby and its gene. A man live up there for more than a yr. why not test tube a baby up there and when born, test it.

i wish i go to space but i am losing faith in private space travel. Space X has lost 2 BILLION dollar payloads. I think they

I can't see why this isn't a good idea. With using rats for lab testing, you never know if the results are applicable to humans. Maybe it's time we started using babies for all medical experimentation.

You do realize space is limited up there, right? You can't just have a pregnant lady up there just to be pregnant. You also would need a nurse and doctor up there 24/7. And, I don't think there's enough room to deliver a baby safely.
