I train upper body and for 2-3 days after my chest is still sore am I over training ? My workout that I am doing is the Pit Upper Body DVD I figure its about 200 push-ups in about a 35 minute period I trained Sat and can still feel it am I doing to much ?

Are you starting this routine after not doing anything? That will make you sore. Did you just recent;y start this?

If so, suck it up.

If it still bothers you, try switching to a longer cycle, like 10 days instead of 7.

You probably have bad genetics in which case just deal with it. I lift far more than you and have never felt sore more than 1 day after.
