Its literally exactly what I wrote, multiple sources can confirm it. N13 will say its something bigger, but what the info sec community, and those that have got into the networks/servers if they so wished its a big security exploit, some of its based on IoT some of its based on radio frequency, some of its based on what they where looking for. Military bands where discovered as unsecured and there is a certain piece of equipment in these places that all have the same issue.
