Lordosis is an accentuated lumbar curve with ass sticking way out.

Think badonkadonk wearing high heels.

If you take a look at that ass and say "Good Lord!" that's lordosis.

I see nothing humorous about Paddy’s condition, scouser chin. His jawbone is so dense that gravitational pull causes his head to slump, thus his terrible posture.
