I fucked up my thumbs tendon and can't work out for the next 12 weeks except running and doing squads, which I hate.

Yea, I already made up a plan. I can still kick, knee, elbow in like two or three weeks and sharpen my jab.Sorry to hear that bro. Just keep your head up. And do the things you can do. Thats the right attitude when injuried.
Also dont forget shadow boxing. That will keep you somewhat sharp while you feel up.
