Can anyone provide a counter-argument?
I know, this place is in ruins, as I'm reading at a stoplight on my smartphone. My fucking bluetooth zonked out for almost 13 seconds and I was already pissed that my subscription steak service took 2 days instead of being overnighted, so I had to eat at a restaurant tonight with the plebs and stare at gross 22 year old cleavage bringing me food and drinks. Your repeated insistence that socialism is not just command economy but corrupt, incompetent, and lawless command economy is silly, just like it's silly for you to expect a bunch of reddit socialists to try and defend the Venezuelan government when they've been criticizing it for years, especially since Chavez's death and the complete or near-complete removal of ideological socialists/communists from government in favor of military cronies.
Why would a country like the USA who is #1 in education, infrastructure, and health care need to invest anymore in social services?
