Invest in an industrial power washer. The same equipment that cleaning crews use to clean concrete with. It'll be super quick and easy. It'll remove the top layer of your skin along with all your hair. The biggest benefit is that you'll never have to shave again!!!

There's been some concern about sodium lauryl sulfate, which is a chemical found in shampoo (and soap I think), though I'm not sure what the concern is. Google will help with that.
