It's not about the total amount it's the percentage of the purse that fighter's get and teh way to organization treats the fighters - and sorry Dana, but people want to see the fighters despite you getting far more air time and publicity.
Bellator fighters get paid a higher percentage at 44% + of the take when compared to the UFC 's screwing their fighters right in the ass by paying them only 16-20% of the revenue. Also, the UFC limits and controls sponsors taking a cut again limiting money for fighters.
