The difference is the fans want to see how Jones performs at HW, there do not appear to be many clamoring to see Stipe in another title fight.

Other than Derrick Lewis, everyone is a tough match up for Jones. Stipe, Volkov, Gane And Ngannou. I actually think Ngannou might be the easiest one out of those four listed.
