So Khabib got offered GSP or Nate Diaz for UFC 200

I'm concerned about your eternal soul.

I'm concerned that you believe in a man in the sky that controls everything, but not enough to be an asshole to you.

Believe whatever you want as long as you're not harming others.

Good. Go away and stop tweeting/trolling.

I don't want to hear the name Khabib until he literally has one foot in the octagon.

When I was in the Army I was over in Kuwait during Ramadan and we weren't even allowed to drink water in public. It was something to do with day time fasting. None of this applied on base it was just when we were outside the wire and abiding by their customs.
That sounds like an unnecessary and unjustifiable imposition on you guys. Growing up Muslim surrounded by infidels I would never expect anyone to alter their eating habits because of me. I would at tables with my friends where everyone else was eating, it seems ridiculous to me that Kuwaitis can't stand a couple of soldiers drinking water in public.

Nate vs GSP doesn't make sense. Nick is better than Nate.

You know he fought recently right?

Ya, he fought a can who had short notice after a two year lay off with injuries.

This guy was all talk during that brawl with Diaz and now he's going to duck him. If he's going to fight, fight... otherwise send his ass to Rizin so he can compete once a year. So sick of hearing this guy and his excuses.

He's not ducking anyone, he's made it known that he cannot fight around Ramadan multiple times. The guy he fought was not a can but was not as good as his original opponent who got injured and could not fight(not sure why you seem to be getting mad at Khabib for Tony getting injured).

Why does he have to advertise it? If the UFC offered him those two opponents why not just keep quiet about it.

He's martyring himself. He's making it look like he's such a devout muslim he's not willing to fight gsp. And this coming from someone who took off 2 years because of injuries. I'm cool with him being religious but it's not fair to fans or the company you're working for. If he wasn't undefeated the UFC would have cut him a long time ago.

Probably because he would like to fight Nate or GSP just not around Ramadan when he will be fasting, also idiotic haters will say ducking and might not know that he can't fight during Ramadan and has told the UFC this multiple times.

It might be a preemptive statement to stop people from saying stupid shit or having the UFC throw him under the bus(how many times have we heard a fighter turned down a fight and we find out it was never even offered?).

Right. And that makes sense. I'm certainly not suggesting he do it full time or do it 1 week before his fight. But I'd think to at least get something done during that time. It would be better to work out lightly at night as opposed to just do nothing. And maybe he does do some light work after sunset but just not a full hardcore camp.

Yea agreed. I would feel the same way if I was a fighter and Muslim. I would be looking to maximize my training even if I had to sleep during the day. I don't think Kahbib has a family so that would make it even easier to do something like this.

can't fight on ramadumb even though some scrub can give him an exemption. threatens people over their free speech. always injured. thinks he's more cowboy than cerrone.

quickly becoming one of the most annoying fighters on the roster

I get it if he doesnt "fight" during Ramadan, but not even training? this is just dumb, i know its his religion, but it is messing with his professional life too.

how can a man train without eating a little before the sunset?

You're telling me Nate Diaz and GSP are options to fight there but the UFC would match them up with Khabib rather than each other? Lmao, this dude is straight lying

He can't train properly because Ramadan requires you to fast after sunrise and before sundown every day for an entire month.
excuses Hakeem Olajuwon played in the NBA even during Ramadan

Stop concern, honestly your opinion on this topic isn't requested.

What if every fighter on that roster had a different month long holiday they observed? Add in injuries, you could never book a fight. At least admit this guy is getting special treatment because he's talented.

In all fairness if you are a truly religious person then it should come before your professional life.

I'm not but I can appreciate his moral conviction on the matter.

in all fairness, if you are a truly religious person who follows a peaceful god you won't fight for prize and money. and you won't partake in unnecessary violence. this guy is a deluded hypocrite with no moral conviction but rather diarrhea brains

I don't get Khabib. He finally can fight, then he fights someone no one knows, and now wants to fight in who knows when. That happens if he gets hurt again or sometime.

Now Ferguson should fight Nate or someone else.

Yours isn't either just don't go around telling people they are going to hell and I won't make comments like that(I know you didn't but this is really none of your business).

thank God that human blanket chose religion over money. that wouldve made UFC 200 that much more of a disaster
