So Khabib got offered GSP or Nate Diaz for UFC 200

He claims people duck him, so he gets offered a huge fight but doesnt want it hahaha pathetic. and yes any mufti will give you an exemption from ramadan if its important.

Anyone else smell bullshit?

How can he train if hes only eating twice a day?

Eat 2 really really really big meals?

wow him and GSP wouldve actually been interesting to see who could do the better job of laying on each other. But good lord....so dude is already liable to fall over at any moment and be out for 6 months due to injury, but his religion is interfering with him fighting as well. This dude is gonna have the longest MMA career of anyone else he only has to fight once every couple of years against some scrub and continue to be a top contender.

I don't know why they keep asking him to fight around Ramadan, he's going to be fasting, he can't fast and train.

Nate Diaz has stated that GSP is "Nick's fight" and would not consider it.
Nick had his chance and just turtled. His only protection in that fight was only giving the back of his head to GSP.

Khabib's not a big name, so they wouldn't attach him to those two big names anyway.

Why in the hell would they even consider Khabib vs GSP?

What a random ass fight.

Khebib is a good shit stirrer.

He can't train properly because Ramadan requires you to fast after sunrise and before sundown every day for an entire month.

In all fairness if you are a truly religious person then it should come before your professional life.

I'm not but I can appreciate his moral conviction on the matter.

cant train.. no drinking water during daylight hours and all sorts.....

this seems weird though, UFC offer a fight to a fighter they know isnt even available for ufc 200

My mistake, i didnt know the details of the Ramadan, i thought it was something more related to the act of fighting or something like that.

I guess they offered the fight to him thinking like a non-religious person, that he might take a good professional oportunity over a religious event.

lol at the options.

i was offered fedor or rosholt.

I always thought if you have to work you can skip Ramadan? I remember mesut ozil not fasting during the World Cup, and he explained it that people that have to work and its essential that they eat during the day they can skip ?

Allah(his name be praised) in his infinite wisdom, forbids it.
"Greed is the key to trouble and carries man to hardship. It causes him to commit sin."

"Hey, I got a fight you, it's during ramadan"

Khabib: FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

I had a muslim guy work for me once. He was already a super-super skinny dude. Ramadan nearly killed him.

I get it if he doesnt "fight" during Ramadan, but not even training? this is just dumb, i know its his religion, but it is messing with his professional life too.
To anyone that has a religion, religion supercedes professional life.

Have you ever done any sort of fast? You're too physically deprived during it to train hard enough and maintain enough strength to be ready for a fight.

Edit: just saw that others already informed you

Can't fight over Ramadan. Lol.

Good thing he doesn't play a real sport that involves real money

Correct me if I'm wrong but Ramadan prevents you from eating from sunrise to sundown. What's preventing Khabib from moving his fight camps to night hours? For example wakes up at 6pm, breakfast at sundown, training and eating as much as he wants and a big supper before sunrise.

Then he can go on with his Ramadan fast and go to sleep at 10am. Sure it's hypocritical but so is religion as a whole...

U idiot who opened the thread offer the fight in october and khabib would take it
