You make it sound like Holloway isnt a former Undisputed champion and all time great FW...the one you are talking about its the 170lbs BMF belt, the 1 of 1 that cant be defended, this one is the 155lbs BMF belt, the two guys that fought the inaugural fight are both former LW Interim champions.

PS: Still a gimmick belt, but there are levels to this gimmick.
 
It’s a joke belt because only fighters at those weights can win it now. Holloway won’t be defending it against someone that’s in the middleweight division so it’s a gimmick belt that can only be won by someone in the 145-175 category
 
Not in the slightest bit. It is for fighters that can no longer win real belts in their own weight categories.

max is prestigous. Max was already a BMF before that performance for even taking the fight. the belt isn't prestigious if someone beats him by boring decision.
