I wish I had the time and organization to do his schedule exactly... that'll definitely be a goal for this summer.

x2. ross really does reply to each and every question you could have and its clear he really takes pride in his work - thats a refreshing change.

as for it getting easier and easier, up the intensity punk! :p iv noticed everything else getting easier and easier though:)

Agreed. But I don't think I'm ready to do any of it yet considering that most of what he has in there I'm not doing at full intensity or as prescribed. My run times are getting better, but still not up to par. And my rests are getting smaller, but not at his minimum yet. And hell... no way can I even consider doing a few of the challenges yet haha.

talkin about those challenges , ithnik work capacity 101 is the hardest thing ive ever done in my entire life. so far thats the only thing i couldnt finish.
has anybody got thru that whole thing - 10 circuits in 20 minutes?

gpp #4 is the hardest workout iv ever finished. next week is recovery week, then starting days 26- 50, so im also keen 2 see how iv improved.

I'm on my second cycle of the Infinite Intensity 50 day program. Now day 56 for me. My conditioning has improved drastically. Heck everyone in my MMA gym is asking what I'm doing differently.

Ross knows his stuff.

copy and paste it over here too into our training log forums... itll be great once you start grappling rich

Ross exemplifies a class act, and his products are worth the money.

Agreed 100%. He sells his stuff at a very reasonable price, and actually supplies enough info for free online that it doesn't take a brain astronaut to figure out how to design some stuff of your own based on Ross' ideas and principles.
Gahhh!!! I can't write today.
Point is, I designed several circuits off of Ross' free online stuff.
Still I'll probably buy some of his stuff soon enough.

For those interested in it I HIGHLY reccomend buying the book. In fact, if you do use the search function you will find nary a negative review about ross nor his products. Ross exemplifies a class act, and his products are worth the money.

Bighead, the warrior challenges are a bitch aren't they? Work Capacity 101 will destroy you, and sadistic ross puts it as the second warrior challenge you have to face.

I second this post and this book.

I can't do all the program due to injuries so I'm trying to implement what I can all the while trying to build up and train around areas of weakness.

I'm dying to do the whole 50 day program.

me too

it must be good if people actually respect the guy enough not to upload it to some file sharing sites. and trust me, i looked.

Just so everyone knows, Ross is working on a DVD that should be out soon. Said hes been busy in the gym but it should be out in a few months.

That's how I feel too.

I ordered Infinite Intensity this morning and I would imagine it will be here by the end of the week. I can't wait!

Since I have started doing II in the gym, people have been asking like crazy what the hell I am doing and I am just sending them to the website.

As for the OP feeling like a pussy, dont sweat it. I was already in pretty good shape running and strength wise, but II kicked my ass for the first couple of weeks. If anything, I could have bought Never Gymless first and then moved into II. However, I gutted the first couple of weeks and have not looked back since.

I'm in the same boat as you. I'm trying things out one at a time to see what I can and cant do - hopefully all is ok. Cant wait to try the 50 day program.

I bought the book on the strength of this thread, and I was not disappointed.

I was back home visiting my parents for a month at the start of summer and started the Never Gymless program, but now that I'm back home I'm doing II, I'm only on day 4. I may need to either go to our campus gym or buy some heavier dumbells tho, cuz the heaviest I have right now is 45's.

My strength training stuff is build up using a combination of Ross Enamait, JC Santana and Charles Thibadieau's ideas. I'm doing more strength training than Ross recommends largely to build up areas of weakness but my conditioning days, density days, warrior challenge days are just like Ross' by and large.

Who the fuck is Charles Thibadieau ?

I hope you didn't pay a lot for his book

hmm reviews here look really good I might just have to get a copy..

+1. I just started doing exercises I gathered on his forum and free articles and I'm already seeing results after struggling for years to find a cardio plan that works for me. Ross has also answered all my e-mails and has personally been very helpfull.
