He's in shape now

Ruiz has very fast, relentless hands. Love watching him box.

Take what I say with a grain of salt, since I don't follow boxing all that much. But from what I saw in Fury vs Wilder 2, I'd give Ngannou as good a chance as any against either of them.

lol

54 year old Mike Tyson would absolutely BRUTALIZE Ngannou in a boxing match if the fight were made today.

I'd watch them fight.

Hopefully the ring is a proper size this time and no rapid camera switches to create the illusion that there is action; which was atrocious.

The things that will prevent Francis from ever being competitive against the best boxers are his defense and boxing cardio and that's because of his lack of boxing only training and sparring but for anyone his technique is trash is clueless. Sure a solid fundamental foundation is very important but there have been countless boxers that have an unorthodox style of punching and still had/have great careers.

Wilder, Pacquiao, Froch, Roy Jones Jr., Prince Naseem, Maidana and so forth. I can go on and on. Francis is very accurate despite his somewhat wild hayemakers.

Ngannou was breathing heavy in round 2 against Stipe who wasn’t even doing anything. He would get demolished against any top boxer due to his lack of cardio and technicality.

The guy is a terrible boxer, he just windmills hooks and uppercuts. The only reason this works in MMA is people are scared of being taken down, so back up creating more opportunities to windmill. A pro boxer will duck, bob and weave, clinch or sit in the pocket and destroy him.

Boxing elitists as usual overhyping the gap in boxing skill between pro-boxers and other combat sports athletes. If Deontay “tripping over my feet” Wilder can windmill himself to a belt, Ngannou with his physicality, power, and chin, can definitely make some waves in the HW division.
I would have disagreed a few years back but I think the gap has really started to diminish

He punches harder than Wilder. Think about that for a second. That can go a loooong way at Heavyweight

Nothing but I also see it vise versa
I don’t see Ngannou’s head movements saving him from getting jabbed by Wilder. You can see Ngannou’s punches when he knocks his opponents out. You often need a slow motion replay to see Wilder’s.
