Sorry about the weird angles. Don't know how to fix it. Hope It's still watchable.

The weights are 92, 95, 92 kg.

Do I need to start with my ass higher, so it doesn't shoot up and out out of position?
In general I also have a problem with the weight pulling me forward on heavier attemps.

It looks like your first pull is getting your back angle out of whack which is forcing you to have additional horizontal motion in your second pull making it harder to get under.

If anything, keep your ass lower. It's raising too fast, which makes you pull the bar harder into you, which then shoots the bar out in front resulting in that little hop forward that you do.

Atleast when I was taught the snatch, I was taught not to jump so that you can get under the bar faster.

Yeah I know I jump forward and it's fucking annyoing me. I don't know if im not patient enough in the third pull or WTF is wrong.

Regarding having my ass lower, pretty sure @Dan O told me to have it higher the last time I posted a form check.

Your set position looks fine to me but the moment you initiate the pull your chest must be jammed into the ceiling. You seem to be getting your knees out if the way but at the cost of your chest dropping to the deck, pulling you forward. As a result of being pulled forward your hips are extending early pulling you into the balls of your feet early, having you spend too much time there, and then jumping forward.

You could probably be pulling better off the hip but if it's shit off the floor it's hard to fix anything after.

No idea what the catch looks like from the angle.

Awesome, thanks a lot DanO!

When you say my "chest must be jammed into the ceiling" do you mean getting my back tighter / focusing on getting my chest vertical? Or just focusing on jamming my chest into the ceiling?

When you say I could be pulling better of my hip, does that mean I should use elbows and traps more?
