Aren't there healthy meats though or is it all bad? You gotta go completely vegan?

Yeah I was thinking something like that, looks like he realized how much he destroyed his body for the last 20 years and now that he's retired he wants to enjoy life instead of having a heart attack in a year or so. Quite a radical change but at least he tries a new life style.
