He got married and went vegetarian. I'm sure that has something to do with it. Plus he retired so there's no need to stay bulky. Maybe he's headed back to LHW Overeem.
Dude, that's WW.
Look at his legs.
But he's tight: if he was sagging I would think he was sick.
What drugs had he been taking all these years? Also, he was two weight classes (at least) bigger then the frame I see in his picture. Fighters outgrowing their frame is not good for speed and cardio.
It reminds me of seeing professional (drug freaks) bodybuilders a few years after competition. They shrink so much that MOST look awful.

But this is weird. How can that picture be real?

I think that is code for getting off of something.
Or maybe he lifted a lot and ate a lot. But that would mean LHW was not his division. But he was the champion so it's hard to reconcile that. Forest Griffin, Rich Franklin, Tito, Chuck, and Randy Couture kept their muscle.

This is disturbing
?
What a goofy post

Just shows you how much work and effort goes into maintaining being massive like that. What you're seeing is someone going from that end of the spectrum to the other.

Now, instead of eating 3 steaks, 10 eggs and 6000 calories a day while lifting like a bodybuilder, he's eating plant based and probably doing a ton of cardio for heart health.

Theres absolutely nothing "disturbing" about any of it. Just a very driven and committed dude shifting from one gear to the next in life.

He looks sick ...

If thats what a plant base diet looks like..no thanks..

Just like Paul Felder... Who also looks sick..from the extra cardio

This is disturbing when you consider the time frame ...the body shouldnt change that fast...

word, a smart move and one that's hard for many to commit to. Good for him.

That's what happens when heavy juicers retire or get sick. Look at Gordon Ryan.

Lean lanky old guys live the longest… it is healthier and you guys know it.
