Since when is 180 big at 5’7?

Frame size is a bigger factor in overall weight. Ilia's frame is not much bigger than Messi despite carrying some more muscle.

Yes, grappling does create strength but not necessarily mass. There are some exceedingly strong grapplers who still stay around the 140-150 lbs range.
That's true but he looks way bigger then messi

Messi is an in shape 5'7" athlete and he's 150 lbs

The idea that Ilia has 30 lbs of mass on him...

get your eyes checked Ilia looks 20% wider and thicker than him. You gotta compare shirtless picks in shorts. 30 pounds is just 20%.

clearly 20% bigger and thicker

Volk said he was 82 kg when he was called to fight Islam.

You aren't a pro fighter; the standards and lifestyle are entirely different. Walking around at 180 when you fight @ FW is pretty rough, especially after age 28 or so, but that tracks with why he had to move up. Spinning it into "I already killed everyone worthwhile down there and will destroy Islam now blahbah" is clever, though.

I'm sorry but 210 and 5' 7" in shape is non-proportional like a dwarf. I am tending to think all of these short heights and high weights claimed in this thread are overweight Sherbros.

Healthy Weight Range for 6 ft Tall Men

  • Based on a BMI of 18.5–24.9, the National Institutes of Health’s BMI tables indicate a 6 ft male’s healthy weight should fall between 140 lb and 184 lb Medical News TodayNHLBI, NIH.
  • Clinical ideal body weight (IBW) tables often narrow this to 166 lb–202 lb for 6 ft tall men, accounting for variations in frame size and methodology Kolors Healthcare.
  • HealthifyMe’s chart similarly suggests an optimal weight of about 140–185 lb at 6 ft for healthy BMI values Healthify.

Look I'm all for clowning on fat roided manlets but BMI is notorious for being based on a sedentary person with very little muscle mass.

145 lbs at 6 ft tall is a stick. If you're even moderately muscular BMI considers you to be overweight. It's a terrible metric for athletes in sports where muscle mass is cultivated.

Why did you pick selectively out of what I posted to paint a silly false picture? Let me post this again with some emphasis:

Yeah, athletes aren't 25% bodyfat, they're probably more in the 10-15% range. Really only HWs are any higher than that and can show up with a bunch of fat jiggling around the cage.

Comparing an athlete an average sized man who's carrying a shit ton of extra fat is a little silly. You should say "healthy" instead of "average", because those are not the same thing, and a healthy weight for a regular 5'7 guy is probably like 150 lbs on the high end.

This is the answer. TS says he’s under 25% percent body fat as if thats not a lot of fucking fat lol. 25 percent 🤣 🤣 🤣…..

To my knowledge, there have been complaints about white belts making threads since at least 2004. I don't see them losing the ability anytime soon.
Another troll account that gets to make a thread out the gate. White belts should not be able to make threads. These horrid troll threads are low IQ and low effort

You just don't see guys built like Ilia walking around, unless maybe you're at Muscle Beach or something. Dude has to buy special clothes because regular shit doesn't fit around his barrel chest and tree trunk arms. He's built like a fucking Mack Truck in human form.

You mean he has to wear Size M shirts that are too long for him (because he's 5'6''), so he has to get them cut? That's not that special.

I don't see how his arms are that special. You can achieve that kind of arm size by going to the gym 2-3 times a week to do "upper-body" for 1 hour.

Also, if you are 210 at 5'7'', you are definitely fat.

1 hour 2-3 times per week? Sure MAYBE if you were blasting mega doses of every anabolic under the sun for 3-5 years. Look at his fucking bicep peak, is looks like a lower weight class version of Ubereem in his prime.

According to this DDP is an obese and unhealthy

Just look at the difference in their forearms on the last picture. Messi has very little muscle mass overall.
