you can only get master of sport title in sambo... there are no belts, well actualy there are 2 belts that you get with a gi a bule one or a red one ...

Black belts and white belts should fight in the same divisions..

I think that he probably just said that, because I would think that a Master of Sport title would be the equivalent of a black belt. He probably just said that so people could get a grasp of his level of technical proficiency.
