Silva vs Hall (unofficially) confirmed

Look, I know this isn't what everyone wants...but for Anderson, this is good fight to hopefully get him back in the game...or... he could get KTFO...A good showing by Anderson...a finish...would help propel him. He needs to not fuck around and go for broke...enough of this mind game bullshit. Fight, don't dance and stay arms distance away...LETS GO!
 
Hall is going to KO him. I know they think this is a winnable fight for him, but Anderson has slowed down tremendously in the past few years.
 
I don't think this fight will be good at all. Hall has been really passive and non-aggressive, particularly when he likes a fighter. I'm thinking we will see that here and Anderson will not turn it up since Hall won't be aggressive enough to counter.
 
Wonder if both bow and hug for 15 minutes as fans boo.

On the plus side, Hall doesn't really utilize jabs and feints the way Bisping/Weidman does. So at least Andersson don't have that to stiffle his game.
 
well..i think this is supposed to be a tune up game for Silva...get him into that win column and match him with a higher tier opponent should he win...and maybe build him up for that one last go for the top...I seriously hope he gets serious and wins this one....if he looses this one...i dont know what he is going to do
 
This one could end up as a staring contest. Is Anderson gonna fight until he's 50 or what?
 
This fight is a perfect style match up for Silva. Anderson Silva desperately needs a clean, no controversy, and decisive win via stoppage. He's been on borrowed time.

Anderson the Spider Silva is the man and will avenge his loss to Weidman via TKO punches and will also get sweet revenge against Michael Bisping. It's go time.
 
Hall doesn't like to be hit and can be knocked out. This is a totally winnable fight for Silva.

Always a little depressing seeing the GOAT unable to recognize his own decline and becoming just another guy looking to get back in the win column. The reward is a win over a hit or miss fringe top 10 and the risk is getting KO'd by a hit or miss fringe top 10. Looks like Anderson is going the Chuck route and won't leave until he's told to.
 
So was that a lie about Andy cracking his shin against Bispy
 
Really hope Silva doesn't get KO'ed. I would hate to see him end his career like Chuck.
