Shoyoroll

might of been the comp450. I have that model and its very nice. Very soft and sharp looking.

its a fact known in the customer service world.

I understand that, I worked straight and percentage based commision sales for nearly 5 years so if I wanted money for goods and services I had to provide the best service that I could otherwise customers go some place else. I understand people who are satisfied may make up the silent majority but I don't find that to be the case on a forum here when everyone talks and gives their opinion. Whether that opinion comes from personal experience, the experience of others, contact while rolling, word of mouth, or normal haterade it all washes out here. Would one not agree that G & E is not predominantly positive or optimistic?

Just about every brand, save some ridiculous Japanese gi's that are ridiculously priced, has a number of people here that have tried it with both positive and negative results. What I was asking is what makes SYR fans different then the people that applaud or criticize Atama, Koral, Keiko Raca, GFG, Origin, Prana, Cageside, Tatami, P & S, etc? I have yet to receive a viable answer...

Is it true that these gi's run big?

According to their size chart, I'm on the brink of being A3....barely. But if the gi's run big I may be in luck.

I'm 5'11"-6', 225lbs

Are you long-limbed or short/stocky? You look like to be between an A2H or A3. Yes SYR's do tend to run a lil larger then other gis.

Short legs and arms, with a belly and wide shoulders.

I'm an A4 in Atama if that helps?

I'm same dimensions as you. Considered myself husky with a semi stocky build, not sloppy if you ask me.. Anyway I wear A3 in SYR and just cold wash and hang dry although the pants do usually end up needing the dryer. I've also tried their A2h and hated the fit on me

Most likely an A2H, I would confirm with SYR and tell them your measurements and the gi model.

Thanks bros Java, what did you hate about the A2H, I mean the fit, how was it?

Also do you know when the next presale is? And what is actually being sold? Like what color/model.

Next one probly won't be for a while, everyone is still waiting for The Count, and they are still working on GUMA package... Though there are suppose to be 11 releases this year.

At the bottom end of the scale, SYR are pretty much an entire size out. I'm 5'6" and 145lbs, which should put me perfectly in an A1, but when I've had A1 SYRs, I've had to boil the shit out of them to get them even close to fitting. If I was to get another Shoyoroll, I'd be going for an A0. On one of the weekly Budovideos shows, Jake mentioned that he wears an A1 SYR, and he said he was normally an A2 in any other brand.

Origin looks kinda like SYR but more expensive???
