thats my size..I'm 6'0 about 220...perfect all around fit! I wish all companies made the in-between sizes, since I hate running the risk of over shrinking

That's great!
I wish I had a pair I could try on but I don't live near Shoyoroll's studio
but It's good to know that A2 Husky is a good fit!

I think that's what I will pre order for the new batch
I never tried a Shoyoroll but seems like everyone seems to love them and cheaper than Koral MKM

Why would one need a iPod pocket in a gi?

people sometimes listen to their ipod while warming up during tournaments and also the pocket is a good way to hold your ID card for certain tournaments.

The iPod pocket is to hold your ID in a tournament or your iPod while you are warming up/relaxing.

I competed for the first time this weekend at World's, and let me tell you, I kept thinking about how I wish I had a pocket for my id, and would to have loved to have had my ipod with me before and in between matches. I am very excited about this gi! got my tracking number on Thursday!

let the bidding begin..1st one has already been posted on ebay....

I'm unsure if I should put mine up on ebay or return it to Budo. (A2)

Hmm...

Received mine yesterday, A4 (I'm 6'4, 205ibs). Washed it once warm (white vinegar soak)/low heat dryer cycle (I used this process on my batch 6 as well) and it's going to fit just like my batch 6 which I'm happy about.

Gi looks amazing, definitely well done.

Hmm...

why dont you want it?
if you return it, btw, you are out shipping both ways and will have a restocking fee...

I feel the material is too thin. I'm also not a fan of the colored stitching. Too "fancy" for my taste. I'll stick to Venum and Isami.

I would throw it up on the bay then, or sell it to a fellow sherdogger, if you arent worried about making some money.

If you would like to get rid of it quick, PM me. I actually ordered two for myself, but I know of at least two friends who missed out that wanted one.

ah, mine should be here in the next few hours! As much as I love my Vulkans, I am really excited to try something different! I hope the A2 isnt too big...

It's nice to know people scooped a Gi even though they didn't need/want one for the sole purpose of reselling it on Ebay.

Brutal.

I personally wanted to see what all the hype was about. I knew that I may or may not end up liking it but that I wouldn't end up losing money on the deal.

First off just want to give madlove to Budovideos. Heres my story. I was lucky and got on the pre order for these gis before they sold out. I ordered an A2H payed with paypal and everything. I watched as the mad scramble began and was happy i got mine. Well i started seing posts on here about getting order shipped emails and started to wonder. Checked my paypal and it said payment pending and had a invoice number and everything from Budo. SO i called them up. They looked up my order and wait for it heres the heartbreak they said there was a glitch with there Paypal acct and every so often it doesnt post. Therefore my order didnt go through and my pre order was not secured. No Shoyoroll gi. I felt like crying they said sorry and i couldnt blame them. A few days pass and i get an email from Paypal saying my payment cleared with budo??? So i called back and explained what happened. They have the best customer service first off. But he explained that every now and then that happens and he would refund my money if i wanted or heres the good part he didnt have an A2H but he had an A2 he could send me. Wow second chance at luck. I currently have ann A2H batch 6 and it fits great. I am a short stocky dude. Maybe i can shrink myself down to fit an A2. I will try but if not, if anyone out there that got an A2H and would like to trade for a A2 let me know.

so their great customer service is them offering a refund for a product they do not have, or a different size? Thats more of a legal obligation.

Wow salty bro relax. Customer service is all about how they deal and empathize with the customer. It was their willingness to do whatever they could in there power to make it better. They seemed like good guys if that makes it clearer for you.

lol @ empathy. they basically told you that you were SOL when your payment didnt go through.

man should have went with Budo instead of NHB

Only with actual pcis of it being worn?

I got mine today. A3, I'm 6ft1 and 203. Washed the gi hot and threw it in the dryer for 40 minutes. The pants hit mid ankle and the top fit okay but still a little large in the middle. The collar is snug behind the neck but the overall fit is much like my keiko raca a3 limited. The pants are awesome. They seem to be awesome. I will try them out soon on the mat.

i agree the pants seem awesome. mine fits only a little large out of the package i am 5'9 170 ordered an A2. the sleeves go down to my thumb knuckles so hoping it shrinks up just right.
