Do you guys shower at night or in the morning? or both? I personally like to do both. Night so i can feel clean before i go to sleep and in the morning to help wake me up.

It depends on if I have to work or not. If I have to work, then yes, I shower in the morning before work. If no work, then I usually shower at night before bed.

You missed the part that I shower at least once a day and sometimes 2x. Because I run/cycle/workout everyday throughout the week.
