shoulder rehab/balance routine

i have been struggling with shoulder problems for a long while, i know i have some kind of inpinchement with the infraspinatus.
i also have forward rotated shoulders and that is probably a big part of it all, so this chiropractor told me this and said that i need to get more mass on the back of my shoulders and the area around it.

Funny that I've been researching this since my left shoulder has been popping again. I'll steal some of your stuff. I also found this 7 day routine by Diesel Crew. Looks like there are some overlaps with yours. Check it out anyways:
