Should I tell a friend his girl cheated on her?

You didn't see her do anything that is considered cheating. Perhaps she was a notorious whore in the past and was telling stories; you can't assume she cheated. Mind ya business, imo. :)

Yeeeeup. And I also think you should say something to him. Just say something like "Hey man when did you and so and so break up? I thought you guys were great what happened?" Then it can go from there.

I would want a complete stranger to tell me if they knew. I don't want to waste one single second of my life being cheated on.

Girls these days are straight up nothing wayyy too often. The next one he gets would likely be the same. You just hope he's cheating on her too, and curse/laugh at the world we have created and are heading towards. Go ahead and blackmail... Girls seem to actually be into that these days as well.

All he saw was some flirting. Unless it's an actual friend it's not even worth mentioning. I mean they aren't even close enough for him to know they are still together, he's just going off Facebook pics.
