Should I see Avengers? Does half the universe come back to life?

If you were to start writing every single thing that happens in the movie it would be a list of things that were done shitty. I didn't enjoy any of it at all. I get that it was always going to be hard to close out the saga in a way that would surpass what was already done, but they took every stupid idea they could muster and threw all of them in. If I were to describe it in one word, it would be lazy. I'd rather have watched it on man 2 again.

Yeah, I can sign off on the lazy solutions to problems they wrote themselves into.

My two main gripes were detailed in a post above, but I didn't hate it. Wanted something a little more clever, but was satisfied enough with what I got.

Endgame was so-so. The studios could have trimmed 30 minutes from the final cut as the movie felt too stretched. The movie had too many sequences of unnecessary filler. Infinity War and Civil War were both better.

I'm a total shill for all things MCU, I even enjoyed Captain Marvel, but endgame was a load of hot garbage. Ruined the entire saga for me. Oh well.
Agree with every word you said, even the Captain Marvel stuff
This 10 year ride on the MCU has been wonderful and marvelous and exciting and full of thrills
To have it end with this shit fest is so disappointing

I think some of the people in this thread are being way too harsh. It really all depends on what you're into and what you want out of a movie.

If you like loud noises and bright flashy lights, you are gonna LOVE this movie. Oh, and there's lots of punching and shooting and explosions too; I'm talkin like PEW PEW KAPOW BOOM!. If you like cheesy office-humor jokes that make it impossible to maintain tension for even a few seconds and make everything feel like it doesn't matter, you are in for a treat my friend. Oh, and almost forgot, if you liked Thanos in Infinity War, but don't care much for nuance and all that "character development" nonsense, you are gonna fall in love with Steppenwolf 2.0
