For Tom to sue, he would have to have a "right" to this fight, and that Jon and/or the UFC are depriving him of that right. Unless there is a signed contract for the fight, at this time there is no "right" which can be deprived.

But I do think there's an argument that the UFC breached its agreement with Aspinall by denying him the ability to unify the belt and thus limiting his ability to earn an income while keeping him under exclusive contract where he can't fight elsewhere
I'm sure the contracts are rigged af in the UFC's favor but a judge could potentially void aspects of them if the clauses are illegal or unconscionable

No. You used the word "slapped", Marky. I've seen the video and he didn't "slap" it away. You might think you can constantly make shit up and never get caught but that's not the case.
Again, I truly and honestly hope you will be okay if Jones accepts the fight and gets KO'd. It's weird to even have this concern about someone because I think despite a lot of bluster, even most of the most opinionated here apply something approaching proper perspective. But with you I'm actually not sure. I hope I'm wrong.
