Beastie Boys Ill communication
Would bereally cooleven cooler if there was rainfall so Brock's whirling is knocking raindrops in all directions, and they splash into the puddle too![]()
One word. Fucking masterpiece.Probably could do better but it would take a lot of time for something that I don't think is important enough. Maybe @MastiffMike will approve this one. He'll probably want a Nuclear Explosion, a plane crash, or something.

Ok, we are making a movie. Fuck it Call it a trilogy already.Oh that's a start! Now if you could make the forehead lighting more appropriate for the scene (and add some smoke shadow onto the forehead). Make Arq pop up out of the sewer, so start closed, he pops up, take a drag of his cigar (and the tip should glow a little), maybe winks, and then he goes down.
The reflection does look nice though.
Speaking of which....
Since there's standing (puddling) water, it'd be a treat if you could add a little bit of splash being kicked up by The Bork's sick moves. Not too much, but enough to twinkle and reflect the city lights.
And if you have the time, maybe add some city life to the background? People walking on the sidewalk? A prostitute leaning against one of the pillars smoking a cigarette? Certainly with all those lit up offices/apartments, one or 2 could have some movement in them? Maybe a light turns on/off as a silhouetted person walks from one room to another? The lighting strike is nice, but the cloud cover doesn't adequately convey the power of an electrically charged storm. Maybe take a storm cloud loop and pop it into the sky? And about that lightning strike... you've got a nice light flare wrapping around a couple buildings, but IMO you've missed the opportunity to have that flare reflected in some of the other buildings. Nothing too in your face, just a nice subtle bit of realism to really sell it.
Once you make those broad/general revisions, we can start to fine tune it to something that wouldn't be too embarrassing to post on a website or forum (though probably best sticking to one with an average reader IQ <60).
Let me know when you have something respectable for me to critique!
