Watching Takeover: Respect. Good crowd to start. Finn and Joe are over. Joe looks pretty good. I for one actually like it when tag teams have matching ring gear a la Dawson/Wilder. Not really sure why, but I like these guys and their style. Seem pretty old school, you know you're not gonna get any flippy shit out of them at all. Fun match b/w those guys. Liked the way Balor asked for the tag and Joe reluctantly gave it to him.
Justin Jordan/Chad Gable vs Rhyno/Baron Corbin. Corbin has a MOSTLY good look. His hairline doesn't help, really. Jason Jordan has an incredible look and is obviously athletic as hell. Gable is definitely over, at least at NXT, the 'Gable' chants to the old Angle chants were good lol.. His height obviously isn't going to help, especially at the next level. Gable/JJ are a good team, GAble obviously has a lot more charisma than JJ. Like I said earlier, I really like teams who have matching ring gear and Gable/JJ have great matching gear. JJ is fucking jacked. I think he has a lot of potential especially if he can improve his promo skills. He has really improved, especially when being paired with Gable, who is very very good (imo). Corbin's spinning slam looks absolutely incredible. Gable's German Suplex to Corbin was ridiculous, shows you how strong and technical CG is (which should be a no brainer given his athletic background. Really liked the finish. Really good match.
Book of Nash at NXT.
Emma looks hot as hell. Kana/Aska is amazing, that's all. I read about one of her feuds in Japan and for a women's feud it was pretty intense.
