I like Larry's being up front about his PED use he is entering strongman now. He figures he about the size of Novikov and his log lift and deadlift are similar maybe the arm wrestling thing made him realize he better off in strongman and powerlifting.

I think he will get up around 315 lbs for strongman based on recent comments and he said it will be really hard on him this is why he is checking his heart.

For predictions I think top 3 is a crap shoot between Tom , Martins and Brian. I said it before the Events favour Tom's size but Martins is a probably the best athlete besides Novikov. Tom to me is because of his size is similar to Prime Thor and Brian , might not be as statically strong in Squat or Deadlift but very mobile and agile for a big man. Brian to me is the one that will make both guys strategic with certain events , this is his last besr shot and he pretty much devoted training for WSM and for his own Shaw Classic later.

Novikov could easily throw his name into the top 3 while the likes of Trey , Evan, Maxime and Luke to me are also solid podium contenders as well.

This explains why there is so much of a debate by people like Eddie, Thor and Brian over the use of sumo. I did not realize it was over a 1,107 lb lift but yeah I posted before how I was not a fan of the lift.

That's one of those lifting moments when you know you loaded something wrong or your buddy did , impressive that he regrouped to lift it once it was loaded correctly considering he lifted something up to his shoulders much heavier than expected twice.
