Jamel will break the record as a sumo but Strongest man will not except it because it was not a traditional deadlift.

True but could be a problem for him with some governing bodies feeling like it's not full range of motion. I imagine given is sub 105 kilo weigh will cause questions about the range of motion that Sumo when done at his level. I recently seen Brian Shaw doing sumo in one of his videos leading me to believe he likely saw this coming? Anyways why does it matter when a 62 year old doing an 1129 lb bench lol.
