On my 3rd bench session of the week, will watch this during inbetween sets, love watching Julius's progress towards the 800, bit of morning motivation

What impresses me about Julius is how he follows competition form even when training. No back bending, bouncing or short presses. Very strick not trying to boost his,way out.

Yeah some people's back arches whilst benching are ridiculous at times. Julius's back arch is quite small I've noticed , mine's bit similar too anything bigger and it just gets really uncomfortable.

I make sure that one of my 3 bench sessions I do paused with a 3 second pause at the bottom on reps once a week just to be used to that competition wait for the call style

Maybe. But I feel both sides need to be heard. I'm not condoning Pavlo's actions, but we also don't know what happened between them beforehand.

Liz said she saw the whole thing. Pavlo shoulders past novikov, novikov says something and then pavlo starts swinging which seems like quite the escalation. It's a shame, something I like about strongman is its largely good natured and drama free. Other than Eddie/Thor that is

I meant even before the show. They didn't like each other even before the show. Who knows what happened in their past. What if Novikov did something really fucked up in the past? None of us know

Yeah that is true but I whatever happened in the past right after a pro show is not a good time to throw down and could cost him depending on how giants live treat it

Shame to hear that, like Cat said 90-95% of the time Strongman competitors seem to very respectful and supportive of each other from what I've seen

I think they are both Ukrainian they may have a history over in Ukraine. Novikov is a celebrity over in Ukraine an Pavlo seems to have a huge ego. I don't know if politics is evolved but Novikov is pro west in a big way.
