Once this debacle is done and over with I'm going to demand a recount. I've already set up a gofundme for the express purpose of financing my efforts. Give, and give generously! I swear moneys donated over and above what is necessary will be donated to a charity...of my choosing.

Only those on the "registry" will be counted. I'm sure this was to prevent a bunch of outsiders from voting, but I don't think even Lead is exactly sure what the requirements for being on the "registry" are. There are plenty of people who come and go in the WR, it's a pretty big forum.
