I think we can keep this one rather short. I agree with @Palis on most counts. Responsibility and accountability must be ensured; the War Room presidency is not a time-limited dictatorship.

I agree with the no-carding issue. The President needs full discretion to implement his policies.

Furthermore, I also agree with the idea of a committee. This committee should have a balance of ideological backgrounds.

I think it is important we consider when the impeachment process would be triggered. In my personal opinion, an absence of two or three weeks (as has been mentioned) would not be an issue as long as it does not interfere with your presidential duties.

These duties are largely determined by what you promised during the electoral campaign. I feel there should be a running list of campaign promises, and if the committee finds one or more of those promises were violated, the impeachment process can start.

In any case, we need to set up the process in a way that it only gets triggered when and if the President fails to live up to the rightful expectations of the electorate. We cannot have a partisan 'president removal' instrument.

This isn't the first accusation against the establishment for rigging the election. There are claims of voter machine malfunction where votes were refused to be changed by administration and multiple accusations of shaping the voter registry to favor a particular candidate.

@Hans Gruber, who has also voted for @Palis, has spearheaded a campaign against the establishment, something the @Palis/Dr J campaign has noticed and will take into account when selecting our Attorney General.

This is chess not checkers. Trump won on the Electoral College. Popular vote didn't matter--my county full of troglydytes voted overwhelmingly for the known criminal at 72%. Caifornia, though not as historically limp wristed as Minnesota, has voted Democrat since the early 90s. The trend is getting worse and worse. No matter what, the guy I supported and thought was best of the bunch for Presidency won and my vote mattered ZERO %. Welcome to America. Hope you understand how this works now Jay Drag.
