I have already elaborated on the vetting process that I will put in place. It will deal with the negative influx of posters.
At the same time, we do want to keep the good ones. Yes, even if they're from the Sports Bar. But they need to respect our customs and culture.
The issue goes beyond immigration, however. Belligerence is an issue that has infected the entire War Room. Our discussions are not as honest and not as open as they should be. The Poster of the Month and Shitposter of the month awards that I will introduce will bring us together.
How is that? Let's say a very conservative poster has written up something that strikes a liberal poster as very thoughtful and intelligent, but he would never admit it under normal circumstances. Now he has the chance to nominate that conservative as poster of the month!
Why would he do that? Because he then is in the running for free Plats status.
This kind of honesty towards the other side and towards your own will improve our discussions without taking any of the fire out of them. It is this culture that will attract good posters and make them stay - and that will deter and drive out the shitposters.
